2. If the total amount to be paid for the chosen pairs is less than the value of your gift card, then the balance can be redeemed on your next purchase.
3. If the order amount exceeds the Gift Card value, the balance must be paid online.
4. This Gift Card has a validity of 01 year from the date of purchase.
5. There is no COD available for this item.

How long do I have to exchange or return a product?
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
What are the return or exchange parameters?
Shoes in unworn and undamaged condition
Shoes should be returned in its original packaging
Customized orders will not be exchanged or returned
Sales items will not be eligible for exchange or return
As worn items are non-returnable, we recommend trying the shoes on a carpeted area, as this will preserve the sole of the shoe.
Do you do refunds?
Each pair is handcrafted by our skilled artisans. Hence, as a company policy, we do not provide refunds. We only offer exchanges for replacement, a remake, or a credit note.
Credit notes will be sent to the user's registered e-mail ID. Store credits will be transferred to the user account on www.oceedee.com.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer a free exchange and return policy. For an easy exchange/return, please follow these steps -
Initiate the process by emailing us at email@example.com.
Each customer is requested to send us photographs of the problem with the footwear so our team can assist you better. Please note, exchange and return will not be initiated before the photographs are received.
Pack the shoes the way you received them with complete packaging.
Our team will arrange for a reverse pick-up and share the tracking details with you.
