Refund policy
At OCEEDEE, we promise shoes that not only look good but also feel good.
We handcraft each pair with love and want to ensure that each of you enjoys wearing them.
Within 7 days of receiving the shoes, one can return or exchange size of our shoes. They must be in unused and unworn condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchange.
Please note
1) We provide refunds only in the form of store credit.
2) Products once delivered can only be exchanged for another product or store credit.
3) Our store credit has a validity of 1 Year from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases within that period.
4) Store credit cannot be combined with any promotional or discount coupon code.
5) Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if they are unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
6) In case of customization, charge of ₹1000 will be added to your order. Please note that for customization to proceed, the order must be prepaid. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return, except in the case of heel type changes.
7) In case of size or style exchange ,one can exchange the shoes 2 times only.
8) In case of style exchange, promotional discounts are not applicable and it will be done on MRP.
9) Reverse pickup attempts will be done 2 times only from the Company. If the pickup is not done in these 2 attempts, customers need to send the shoes at their own cost.
10) Our warranty covers wear and tear for up to 6 months, but it is applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects. Warranty claims will be approved only after our customer support team has inspected and confirmed the defect. To proceed with the claim, customers are required to send the shoes to our office for evaluation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Initiate Request:
Please generate your return or exchange request using the return link provided at the bottom of the page.
Processing Begins After Return is Received:
The request will be processed once we receive the returned item. Our team will contact you after the product is delivered to us.
We request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase. Please note the reverse pickup takes 3-4 business days.
Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service.
Inspection :
After receiving the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Refund/Exchange:
Once approved, we will proceed with your refund in form of store credits or exchange as per your request.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that the shoes delivered to you are damaged or different from the order, please inform us within 24 hours by sending us a WhatsApp message at +91 8796368150 or writing to us at hello@oceedee.com. Do not forget to mention your Order ID which starts with 6000 along with an unboxing video of shoes with original delivery package.
Please share photographs or unboxing video of the damaged or differing product when making a request. We will replace the damaged shoes at no additional cost and shall deliver the same within 7-10 days of receiving the request for return.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at hello@oceedee.com within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Please mention your order number in the subject line.
Prepaid orders will be fully refunded within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the request for cancellation. For orders canceled beyond the timelines specified above, the amount will be transferred as a store credit only.
