Shipping policy

 

How soon will my order be shipped?

We do our best to deliver your shoes as soon as possible. Each pair of shoes is handcrafted using age-old techniques handed down through generations of artisan shoemakers and are made to order. 

We take 10-15 business days to get your shoes ready for shipment from the day the order is placed.

In case of unforeseen circumstances or delivery delays, our customer care team will inform you about the expected delivery date.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide Free Shipping.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

For international orders, shipping charges are INR 2000/-. 

Please note that the customer is liable to bear the customs fees, duty, taxes, and tariffs in the delivery country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.  

All international orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD).

We accept payment through all major International credit/debit cards.

How long will it take to get my package?

All our packages are shipped via reliable logistic partners such as DTDC and Delhivery from our factory in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. 

As soon as your shoes are ready to be shipped our team shares the tracking information with you for your perusal. 

For domestic orders, please allow 3-7 business days for your shoes to arrive from when you receive the tracking information.

For international orders, please allow 10-28 business days for your shoes to arrive from when you receive the tracking information.

What if the shoes received are damaged?

We make an extra effort to deliver your shoes to you in perfect condition. 

If you receive damaged shoes, please notify our team within 48 hours via email at hello@oceedee.com or WhatsApp us on +918796368150.

We will ask you to share a picture of the damaged shoes. Shoes having manufacturing defects will be replaced.
