TAMRA which literally translates to copper in Sanskrit and is associated with the planet and goddess of love and desire, Venus was the rupturing thought for this collection. Drawing from Danh Võ’s piece, ‘We the people’ the motifs of Tamra celebrate the markings of undefined, the geometry of asymmetry, and the captured stillness of the melting lines.
