We handcraft each pair with love and want to ensure that each of you enjoys wearing them.

Within 10 days of receiving the shoes, one can return or exchange our shoes. They must be in unused and unworn condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchange.

1) We provide refunds only in the form of store credit.
2) Products once delivered can only be exchanged for another product or store credit.
3) Our store credit has a validity of 1 year from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases within that period.
4) Store credit cannot be combined with any promotional or discount coupon code. 
5) Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if they are unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
6) All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
