EXCHANGE & RETURN
  • If you are not satisfied with the fit your shoes, we will exchange the shoes for another shoe that fits better.
  • Shoes only in original, unused condition shall be exchanged within 15 days of the date of delivery.
  • Shoes returned in original and unused condition will be exchanged in the same design and same color.
  • Shoes returned in original and unused condition will receive 100% of the amount as credit note/store credits.
  • Credit note will be sent to the user's registered e-mail ID. Store credits will be transferred to the user account on www.oceedee.com.
  • Shoes that are customized will not be exchanged or returned.
  • For exchange / return / remake of international orders, the customer will have to bear the cost of shipment.
  • For all exchange / return / remakes, please initiate return from order history in my account.
  • We will arrange for a pickup and notify you. Alternatively, you may also write to us through our contact us page.
REMAKE POLICY
  • We strive to help you find the perfectly fitted shoe. If your customized shoe does not fit you well, please contact us within 15 days and we will help you out.
  • We will remake your shoes without any additional cost as long as they are in original and unused condition.
  • Please note that we source our materials in small batches and materials are subject to availability. During the remake process, we will notify you if the same material is unavailable.
FAULTY ITEMS
  • In the event the shoes delivered to the Customer are: (i) damaged OR (ii) different from the order placed by the Customer, the Company shall accept the request for return made by the Customer and shall repair/replace the damaged shoes at no additional cost to the Customer and shall deliver the same within 7-10 days of receiving the request for return from the Customer. The Customer is required to provide photographs of the damaged or differing product when making a request to repair/replace the Product(s).
  • The Customer must inform the Company within 48 hours via email at orders@oceedee.com.
CANCELLATION
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our team within 24 (Twenty Four) hrs of placing the order. Please send an email to orders@oceedee.com with your order number in the subject line.
  • The Company shall fully refund the amount paid by the Customer within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the request for cancellation from such Customer in accordance with Clause 5.1 from Terms of Use.
  • In the event the Customer communicates his/her/its request for cancellation beyond the timelines specified in Clause 6.1 of this Terms of Use, the Customer shall not be entitled to receive any refund against their cancellation from the Company. However, the amount paid by the Customer shall be transferred as store credits ("Store Credits") to their respective User Account or given as a credit note ("Credit Note") and sent to a User's registered e-mail address and the same may be used by the Customer while making a fresh purchase/order through the Website.
